Ingredients

Essence (Emeril's Creole Seasoning): 

2 1/2 tablespoons paprika

2 tablespoons salt

2 tablespoons garlic powder

1 tablespoon black pepper

1 tablespoon onion powder

1 tablespoon cayenne pepper

1 tablespoon dried leaf oregano

1 tablespoon dried thyme

Emeril's Southwest Seasoning:

2 tablespoons chili powder

2 teaspoons ground cumin

2 tablespoons paprika

1 teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon ground coriander

1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon crushed red pepper

1 tablespoon salt

1 tablespoon dried oregano

Rustic Rub:

8 tablespoons paprika

3 tablespoons cayenne

5 tablespoons freshly ground black pepper

6 tablespoons garlic powder

3 tablespoons onion powder

6 tablespoons salt

2 1/2 tablespoons dried oregano

2 1/2 tablespoons dried thyme

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients thoroughly.

  1. Combine all ingredients thoroughly. 

Rustic Rub:

  1. Combine all ingredients and store in an air-tight container.

All 3 of these spices are AMAZING and so versatile! The Cajun has a nice kick, the southwest is a bit less spicy and the essence is perfect for just about anything. The best part is that you can customize how much UMPH each one has. Definitely recommend!!
