Blueberry Malt Milkshake

Ingredients

1 cup vanilla ice cream

1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries, plus more for garnish

1/4 cup milk

2 tablespoons malted milk powder

1 shot amaretto liqueur

Whipped cream, for garnish

Directions

  1. Blend the ice cream, blueberries, milk, malted milk powder, amaretto and 3 ice cubes in a blender on medium speed until thick and smooth. Divide among small glasses. Top with whipped cream and more blueberries.

I used only about 1/2 cup ice cream, 3/4 cup ice, fresh blueberries and Frangelico instead of Amaretto (because that's what I had on hand), and it turned out fabulous!
