Chili-Lime Roasted Radishes

Directions

  1. Toss 1 1/2 pounds halved radishes with 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 teaspoon chili-lime seasoning and 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt on a baking sheet. Roast at 425 degrees F, stirring once, until golden and tender, 30 to 35 minutes. Season with salt. Toss with 1 cup cilantro. Top with roasted salted pepitas.

Alternative because of dieting, I used red pepper flakes instead of chili-lime and Pam Olive Spray instead of oil. And no nuts. Very good!!
