Ingredients
3 tablespoons hot fudge sauce, plus more for brushing
One 14- to 16-ounce container vanilla ice cream
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup sour cream
Whipped cream, for topping
Crushed graham cracker crumbs, for topping
Directions
- Brush some hot fudge sauce on the inside of 2 glasses.
- Combine the vanilla ice cream with the cream cheese, sour cream and 3 tablespoons fudge sauce in a blender and process until smooth. Divide between the glasses.
- Top each milkshake with whipped cream and graham cracker crumbs.
