Classic Negroni

The classic Negroni consists of equal parts Campari, sweet vermouth and gin. They are stirred together with ice in a mixing glass until chilled, before pouring over more ice for serving. Customize the Negroni to your taste by slightly adjusting the amounts of any of the three ingredients.

Ingredients

1 ounce Campari

1 ounce sweet vermouth

1 ounce gin

Ice

Orange peel, for garnish

Directions

  1. Stir the Campari, sweet vermouth and gin in a shaker with ice. Strain into an ice-filled glass. Garnish with an orange peel.
