Coconut-Coffee Frappe

This frozen coffee drink is perfect for coconut lovers. Cold coffee is blended with ice, coconut milk and sweet cream of coconut until smooth and thick. Finish with a dot of creamy coconut topping for that classic frappe look.

Ingredients

1 cup cold coffee

1/4 cup well-shaken coconut milk

3 tablespoons well-stirred cream of coconut

Coconut whipped topping, for topping

Directions

  1. Combine the cold coffee, 2 cups ice, the coconut milk and cream of coconut in a blender. Blend until the frappe is smooth and thick.
  2. Pour the frappe into a tall glass and top with coconut whipped topping.
