Ingredients
1 cup cold coffee
1/4 cup well-shaken coconut milk
3 tablespoons well-stirred cream of coconut
Coconut whipped topping, for topping
Directions
- Combine the cold coffee, 2 cups ice, the coconut milk and cream of coconut in a blender. Blend until the frappe is smooth and thick.
- Pour the frappe into a tall glass and top with coconut whipped topping.
