Creamy Italian Dressing

Ingredients

1/4 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons sour cream

2 tablespoons white wine vinegar

2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

1 small clove garlic, minced

1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

Pinch of sugar

Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon grated pecorino romano cheese

Directions

  1. Whisk the mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, olive oil, garlic, oregano, sugar, 1/4 teaspoon salt and a few grinds of pepper in a medium bowl. Stir in the parsley, parmesan and pecorino. Season with more salt and pepper. (The dressing will keep, refrigerated, up to 1 week.)

Absolutely love it.-I made it 2 days ago ( let it sit in the fridge for 1 day) then made my salad. THIS IS SERIOUSLY GOOD! ( didn't use sour cream I forgot it.. will be making this frequently!
