Dirty Banana

Ingredients

1 medium banana, frozen

2 fluid ounces dark rum

1/2 fluid ounce Tia Maria

2 fluid ounces half-and-half

Ground allspice for garnish

Directions

  1. Put the peeled, frozen banana in a blender along with the rum and Tia Maria. Add the half-and-half and blend until smooth. Pour into a chilled wine glass, garnish with a dusting of allspice. Serve.

In that I did not have tia maria, Isubstituted kahlua, but to me it still lacked something, so I added a splash of chocolate syrup (I'm sure you could use godiva chocolate liquor too) and found this to be a hit! Make sure you peel the bananas before you freeze tham! And don't count the calories!
