  1. Fry 1 cup each chopped onion and grated potato in a cast-iron skillet with butter until crisp. Add 1/2 cup grated cheddar and crack in 2 eggs. Bake at 425 degrees F until set; top with salsa.

I really like the concept of this dish but I can never ever get my eggs to be runny. I set the kitchen timer for about ten minutes and then cooked the eggs for five more after the ten. The eggs looked to be a bit runny around the center, when I pulled them out. Does this mean that they're done?
