Directions

  1. Stir 1 tablespoon chilled brewed espresso or strong coffee into 2 cups prepared chocolate pudding. Beat 3/4 cup heavy cream with 1 tablespoon sugar until soft peaks form. Fold into the mocha pudding. Top with chocolate shavings.

Recipe was perfect! Everyone absolutely loved it, including the kids. I used the Jello pudding that you had to cook on the stove. I didn't use instant because the instant has more sodium. Will surely make it again on another occasion.
