  1. Mix 2 tablespoons room-temperature Nutella and 3/4 cup milk in a glass. Quickly stir, then pour in 1/2 cup seltzer.

Oh my gosh, yum!  I am a huge fan of eggcreams.  I drank them at diners in NY all the time growing up.  This was a delicious spin on a traditional eggcream.  Nutella needs a bit more work than syrup to completely combine with the milk, but it's worth the effort.
