I've made this pie twice in the last few days! So easy and delicious. I swapped out the mixed berries for extra peach and loved it that way, but I'm sure it would be amazing with the berries as well. Both times I made it I had a little too much of the liquid filling mixture, so I ended up making a little personal pie alongside with the extra in a small cast iron pan. I also prefer making my own graham cracker crust, but store bought was delicious as well! Fantastic recipe, my partner's new favourite and mine too. Will be sharing with others and making for years to come!
