  1. Beat 3/4 cup pure pumpkin puree with 4 ounces softened cream cheese, 1/3 cup sour cream, 1/4 cup granulated sugar and 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice until smooth. Spread generously on 8 slices toasted brioche; dust with confectioners' sugar and more pie spice.
