This chocolate syrup is awesome! Delicious chocolate milk:) I made 2 versions - 1 with Hershey  regular unsweetened cocoa powder and the 2nd made with Hersheys special dark unsweetened cocoa powder.  Both outstanding!  I can't have dairy so my milk was unsweetened almond milk - yum!  I am leaving my syrups on the counter as another person suggested:)
