Sweet-Tart Lemon Ice Cream Sandwiches

Directions

  1. Mix 2 tablespoons each coarse white sugar and lemon- or lime-flavored gelatin powder. Sandwich lemon sorbet between lemon cookies; roll the sides in the sugar mixture. Freeze at least 1 hour
