Ingredients

1/2 cup frozen mango chunks

1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats

1/2 cup fresh orange juice

1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks

1 teaspoon flax seeds

1 teaspoon hemp seed hearts

1 small banana, sliced

3 cups unsweetened almond milk, such as Califia Farms® Simple & Organic Almond Milk

1/2 cup frozen raspberries

1/2 cup frozen strawberries

One 3.5-ounce package frozen açai (about 1/2 cup)

1/2 cup baby spinach or 1/4 cup frozen spinach

1/4 cup frozen blueberries

Directions

  1. Add the mango, oats, orange juice, pineapple, flax, hemp, banana and 1/2 cup of the almond milk to a blender with 1 1/2 cups ice. Blend until smooth. Divide about one-third of the smoothie between two 16-ounce glasses.
  2. Add the raspberries, strawberries and 1 1/2 cups almond milk to the remaining smoothie in the blender and blend until smooth. Divide half of the smoothie gently between the glasses, leaving the layers intact.
  3. Add the açai, spinach, blueberries and remaining 1 cup almond milk to the remaining smoothie in the blender and blend until smooth. Divide the smoothie gently between the glasses, leaving the layers intact. Serve immediately.
