This is just the right dressing and main ingredients combination. Agree with adding avocado! Instead of serving on lettuce cups, I like to add some other veggies such as: sugar snap peas, julienned carrots, very thinly sliced red cabbage, strips of jicama, sliced radishes, edamame. Wasabi and pickled ginger are nice options too. This recipe has minimal instructions: while it's simple, people without much cooking experience may make mistakes.
