Directions

  1. Combine 1 pasteurized egg white, 1 1/2 ounces gin, 3/4 ounce lemon juice, 1/2 ounce simple syrup and 1/4 ounce each dry red wine and crème de violette in a shaker; shake 30 seconds. Add ice and shake 30 more seconds. Pour through a fine-mesh strainer into a coupe and garnish with an edible flower.
