This versatile flatbread is a great recipe to get fresh homemade bread on the table in minutes. Tangy, plain yogurt is stirred together with flour, sesame seeds, salt and baking powder to make a light dough. The flatbreads are cooked quickly on a griddle until browned and toasted. Warm, pillowy bread is always the perfect side dish.
