Ingredients

1 ripe banana, frozen

1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice

1 tablespoon honey

Directions

  1. Peel the banana and cut into chunks about 1-inch long. Put the banana, lime juice and honey in a food processor and process by pulsing until it is pureed but still a little chunky. Spoon into a serving dish and serve.

Cook’s Note

A little chocolate sauce and chopped nuts are good with this. You can also put a little vanilla yogurt cheese in the processor with the bananas for an even creamier dessert!

Very yummy, but I recommend leaving out the honey and adding a hit more of lime juice. Pecans on top are great for some texture.
