Ingredients

2 cans (15.25 oz. each) Del Monte® Yellow Cling Sliced Peaches, drained

1 can (15.25 oz.) Del Monte® Pineapple Chunks in 100% Juice, drained

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 cup packed dark brown sugar

1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon

1/3 cup cold butter or margarine

(Optional) low-fat vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt

Directions

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. 2. Place the peaches and pineapple in an 8-inch by 8-inch baking dish.
  3. 3. Stir together the flour, sugar and cinnamon in a medium bowl. Cut in butter until mixture is crumbly and butter pieces are about the size of a pea. Sprinkle evenly over fruit.
  4. 4. Bake 30 minutes or until topping is crisp and golden. Serve warm with ice cream, if desired.
