I have had this before as my sister in law makes it using her families home made red chili sauce. It is more garliky and tamer. I followed this recipe using cayenne and it was truly hot, hot, hot. If you like hot and spicy this is for you! I served it as an appetizer with broken up pieces of garlic and onion Naan, an Indian bread, to sop up the oil. I will make this again and I will experiment with different sauces. I will also use lots more garlic.
