Grilled Peaches in Wine

Yellow peaches

Red or white wine

Directions

  1. Slice peaches in half lengthwise and remove pits. Place peach halves flat side down on pre-heated grill, about 3 to 4 minutes. Remove from grill when grill marks appear and allow to cool. Slice into wedges and serve in a glass of red or white wine.

Simple and an instant Classic touch. Enjoy the simple things !! It is up to the desire and the pallet to eat the peach or not eat the peach, as it does not matter at all. Even if the peach is not the best peach, the grill softening and marks and the washing of a reasonable wine over the peaches are in combination a good thing. Less IS more.
