Ingredients
1 ginger tea bag
1 1/2 ounces whiskey
1 ounce mead
Honey, for sweetening
Lemon peel, for garnish
Directions
- Bring some hot water to a boil and pour into a hot toddy glass or mug with the ginger tea bag. Let steep for 5 minutes. Add the whiskey, mead and honey to taste. Garnish with lemon peel and serve warm.
