Key Lime Pie

Ingredients

One 14.4-ounce package graham crackers

2 tablespoons butter

6 egg yolks

Two 14-ounce cans condensed milk

6 ounces key lime juice

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. 
  2. Grind the graham crackers and butter in a food processor. Scoop the crust mixture into a 9-inch pie pan and mold to the sides and bottom. Mix together the egg yolks and condensed milk. Then add the juice and mix well. Pour the filling into the crust and bake until set, 20 minutes.

My suggestion is to combine this with the Graham cracker crust made my Momofuku Milk Bar. You can Google it. In addition, a little key lime zest adds extra pop. I live in FL and we're in Miami a lot. Can't leave until we've stopped at Fireman Derek's!
