This has been my "go to" for quick and effective. Use your imagination. I am using a smoked ham and cheddar combination on buttermilk biscuits for a train ride to the zoo this weekend. Don't be afraid to experiment. Great way to use left over beef with a creamed horseradish and white cheddar cheese etc.
