Ingredients
1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
1/4 cup finely chopped fresh lemon supremes
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon minced jalapeno pepper
Salt to taste
Directions
- Combine all of the ingredients and serve with grilled or baked "meaty" fish like bluefish or swordfish.
