Ingredients
2 onions
2 tablespoons butter
1 pound ground beef
2 2/3 cups frozen mashed potatoes
1 1/3 cups of milk
40 frozen green beans
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Cut the onions into rings, place them in preheated buttered frying pan and saute them until caramelized. Remove and in the same pan, place the meat and fry it, cutting through the meat regularly to keep it from attaching. Add salt and pepper to taste. Set aside. Melt the frozen mashed potatoes with the milk and salt and pepper to taste in microwave (according to the recipe on package) to create warm mashed potatoes. Boil water with salt and add frozen green beans and cook until tender.
- Presentation
- In a ring mold, place one layer of mashed potatoes, then one layer of beef, then some caramelized onions, repeat and finish with the mashed potatoes. Place on a plate, then disperse the green beans around like logs for a fire. Repeat for every diner.
