Matzoh Pinwheel Appetizers

Ingredients

2 pieces matzoh

3 or 4 slices American cheese

2 teaspoons horseradish

4 (6-ounce) turkey kielbasa, cooked, sliced julienne

Directions

  1. Break up the matzoh in shares. Divide the cheese on the pieces. Spoon a little horseradish on top. Layer the cooled turkey kielbasa on the horseradish.

Surprisingly yummy. I used creamed <br />mild horseradish, and I thinly sliced the sausage. The different textures<br /> complimented each other nicely.
