Ingredients
2 pieces matzoh
3 or 4 slices American cheese
2 teaspoons horseradish
4 (6-ounce) turkey kielbasa, cooked, sliced julienne
Directions
- Break up the matzoh in shares. Divide the cheese on the pieces. Spoon a little horseradish on top. Layer the cooled turkey kielbasa on the horseradish.
