I saw Michael’s wife make this on one of the shows and they both loved it. I printed it out and finally made it last night as a pre dinner drink for a small dinner party. The recipe as written made 4 appropriately sized drinks. It seems overwhelmingly potent but it was actually really nice and refreshing. Like a pastis in southern France. You don’t need to love licorice to like this drink.
