Nuoc Cham Dipping Sauce

Ingredients

3 tablespoons fresh lime juice

2 tablespoons fish sauce 

2 tablespoons sugar 

1/2 teaspoon sriracha hot sauce

1 clove garlic, minced 

Directions

  1. Whisk together the lime juice, fish sauce, sugar, sriracha, garlic and 3 tablespoons water in a small bowl. Refrigerate until ready to use.
