Ingredients

1 pound Tyson® Crispy Chicken Strips

Zest and juice of 1 large orange (½ cup juice)

1 teaspoon cornstarch

1 tablespoon canola oil

4 scallions, thinly sliced, white and green parts separated

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 teaspoon cider vinegar

2 tablespoons packed light brown sugar

Directions

  1. Prepare the Crispy Chicken Strips according to package directions. Cut into 1-inch chunks.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk the orange zest and juice with the cornstarch. In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium heat. Add the scallion whites and cook, stirring, until just tender, about 1 minute. Add the soy sauce, vinegar, and sugar and cook, stirring, until the sugar dissolves, about 30 seconds. Stir in the orange juice mixture. Bring to a boil and boil for 15 seconds.
  3. Add the chicken and toss to coat. Top with scallion greens and serve hot.

Great dish! My husband loved it! I think there is just enough sauce. I made this with cauliflower fried rice. Great combo!
