Party Platter with Pickle Dip

Ingredients

1 cup shredded aged Havarti cheese (136 grams)

1 cup (238 grams) ranch dressing

4 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature

2 tablespoons sriracha 

4 whole kosher dill pickles, quartered and chopped (about 1 cup or 180 grams) plus 1/4 cup pickle juice 

1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill 

Crudites, for serving 

Directions

  1. Mix the Havarti, ranch, cream cheese, sriracha, pickles, pickle juice and dill in a medium bowl until smooth and combined. Transfer to a serving bowl and serve with crudites.
