1 cup coarse stone-ground white grits

1 cup milk

Salt and pepper

Slow Roasted Garlic:

1 head garlic

Olive oil

Slow Roasted Garlic:

  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.

I love grits and these were good but the texture was weird with the short ribs. Also I love garlic but in this case the garlic was just overpowering. Probably won't make this dish again.
