Ingredients
1 cup low-fat peach yogurt
1/2 cup low-fat evaporated milk
1 cup frozen unsweetened chopped or sliced peaches
1/2 cup peach sorbet
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Pinch of ground allspice
Directions
- Combine the yogurt and evaporated milk in a blender. Add all the remaining ingredients. Blend until smooth.
