Peanut Sauce

Ingredients

1/2 cup chunky peanut butter

1 tablespoon peeled & minced ginger root

1/3 cup canned chicken broth

2 teaspoons honey

1/4 cup soy sauce

2 tablespoons rice vinegar

3 tablespoon Asian sesame oil

1/3 cup heavy cream

1 tablespoon minced garlic

Directions

  1. In a bowl whisk together all the ingredients until combined well. Transfer to a serving bowl and serve with Asian noodle salad.

I used this for a dipping sauce for asian fresh rolls. It was just as good as most restaurants and better than some. I used about 1/2 the soy and half & half in place of cream. Perfect.
