Ingredients
2 ounces mezcal
1 ounce fresh lime juice
1 ounce simple syrup
3 pineapple wedges
Chile powder, for garnish
Directions
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add the mezcal, lime juice and simple syrup. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds, then strain into a rocks glass over ice. Dip the pineapple wedges in chile powder and garnish the glass.
