Pineapple Limeade

Ingredients

2 limes, each cut into eighths

20 mint leaves

1 tablespoon sugar

5 cups pineapple juice, chilled

1 (12-ounce) can seltzer water, chilled

Directions

  1. In a pitcher combine limes, mint leaves and sugar. Muddle with a wooden spoon to extract the juice from the limes and to break up the mint leaves. Stir in pineapple juice and seltzer. Pour into glasses filled with ice.
