Ingredients
1 box instant polenta
4 Tbsp. butter
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese,
2 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
salt and pepper to taste

Directions
- Cook polenta in boiling water according to package directions. Once the polenta has absorbed most of the water whisk in the butter, cheese, parsley and salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
