Ingredients
Smoothie Base:
1/2 cup almond milk
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1 cup ice
Green:
1 cup loosely packed baby spinach
1/2 green apple, diced
Juice of 1/2 lime
Orange:
1/2 cup carrot juice
1/2 cup diced frozen peaches
Purple:
1 cup blueberries
2 tablespoons peanut butter powder
1 teaspoon grated ginger
Red:
1 cup raspberries
1/4 cup pomegranate juice
1 tablespoon cashew butter
Yellow:
1/2 cup diced mangos
1/2 banana
Pinch turmeric
Directions
- Combine the almond milk, yogurt and ice in a blender. Choose your smoothie color and add the ingredients for that color to the blender. Blend on low speed at first, then switch to high speed and blend until completely smooth. Serve immediately.
