Ingredients

3 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary

5 cloves garlic, minced

1 onion, thinly sliced

1 bunch curly kale, stemmed and cut into bite-size pieces

1 bunch Swiss chard, stemmed and cut into bite-size pieces

1 bunch turnip greens, stemmed and cut into bite-size pieces

Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

1/4 cup white wine

1 tablespoon honey

Parmesan wedge, for grating

Chopped fresh parsley, for serving

Directions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the rosemary, garlic and onion and sauté until the onion starts to soften, 3 to 5 minutes. Add the kale, tossing to combine and wilt, followed by the Swiss chard and turnip greens. Toss to combine and wilt. Season with salt and pepper. Add the white wine and honey and cook until the greens have wilted and softened, 1 to 3 minutes. Transfer to a platter and grate over some fresh Parmesan. Garnish with parsley.
