Roasted Red Pepper and Goat Cheese Spread

Ingredients

1 16oz can roasted red peppers, drained

1lb goat cheese

1/4 cup Parmesan, grated

Pinch of sugar

1/4 cup parsley, chopped

Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Put peppers into work bowl of a process bowl and puree. Add all other ingredients and pulse until combined. Season with salt and fresh ground pepper to taste.
