Berry Banana Smoothie

Ingredients

2 cups fresh blueberries

2 cups chopped fresh strawberries

2 bananas, chopped

2 cups frozen vanilla yogurt

1 cup milk

1/2 cup ice

3 teaspoons freshly chopped mint leaves

Honey, optional

Directions

  1. Combine all the ingredients, except the honey, in a blender and blend until smooth. Honey maybe added, if you like it sweeter. Serve immediately in chilled glasses.

Peter McWilliams Remembrance

i am new to cooking and baking. this was my very first smoothie i ever made. it is awesome!! i used greek yoghurt. i had to chop it up a littel because it wasn't mixing well. i used a whole banana, and it didn't need honey. for me it was sweet enough. <br /> i made it for only me so i had to adjust. it is soooooooo yummy!!!! :)
