Ingredients

1 shot spiced rum (recommended: Captain Morgan's)

1/2 shot butterscotch schnapps

1/2 shot vanilla schnapps

1 shot half-and-half

Ice

Directions

  1. Candy confetti, for garnish
  2. Add all ingredients, except candy confetti, to cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a sprinkle of candy confetti.

This recipe is terribly sweet and fattening, without much real flavor to compensate. As with her other drink recipes, this doesn't pair well with the easy/healthy cooking she demonstrates. There are much more enticing and cost effective drinks to make with spiced rum.
