I wanted a recipe to use up left over pulled pork that I buy at Costco. LOVED the pickled onions!  They would be great on a grilled chicken sandwich too.  BBQ sauce flavor was AWESOME with the pork.   Cole slaw was a little odd.  Will not make that part again.
