Semi-Homemade Irish Cream

Ingredients

2 cups heavy whipping cream

1 cup evaporated milk

1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk

1/2 cup Irish Whiskey

1/4 cup chocolate syrup

1/2 teaspoon instant coffee

Directions

  1. In the container of an electric blender, combine cream, evaporated milk, condensed milk, whiskey, chocolate syrup and coffee; process until smooth. Let chill for at least 4 hours before serving.

Delicious and super smooth. We bumped up the Jameson's to 3/4 C. Also used instant espresso (didn't have inst. coffee around) gives a nice coffee hint. Gave as a gift in Mason jars to the guys at work. Big hit!
