I use pre-formed shells when I can, too. I add in fajita flavored Tyson chicken strips cut up into little pieces and mix with parmesan cheese or feta cheese, whatever I have on hand. I have never added anything to the spinach soufflé, but do definitely recommend Stouffer's. I sprinkle the top with Italian seasonings. My husband and I love this!!
