Savory Baked Tomatoes

Ingredients

2 tomatoes, cored

2 tablespoon olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon oregano

3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated

1 teaspoon dried basil

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Slice tomatoes in half through the middle of the tomato. In small bowl combine olive oil, garlic, basil and oregano. Drizzle over tomatoes. Bake for 20 - 25 minutes. Serve with Parmesan cheese.
