Steamed Mussels with White Wine and Garlic

Ingredients

2 dozen mussels

1/2 cup white wine

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 small onion, thinly sliced

Parsley

Directions

  1. Clean mussels. In large pot heat wine. Add garlic, onion, and parsley. Bring to a boil and add mussels. Cover and steam until mussels open. Serve with Italian bread.

I tried this recipe and he mussels came out perfect. My only mistake was not making enough garlic bread to sop up the broth. This one is a keeper.
