Directions
- Combine 1 ounce each cognac and fresh orange juice, 1/2 ounce allspice liqueur (such as St. Elizabeth), 3 dashes angostura bitters and 1/4 ounce simple syrup in a shaker; add ice, shake and strain into a tall ice-filled glass. Top with 3 to 4 ounces pumpkin beer.
